AGA is looking for a dedicated and committed Business trainee to join the team of an essential business who has been servicing the local community for many years. Position based in Bairnsdale.

Our successful Trainee will work full time for 12 months whilst completing a Certificate III in Business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accurate record keeping
  • Respond to emails
  • Answer telephone inquiries 
  • Order products/equipment for customers
  • Assist with invoices
  • Assist with payroll functions
  • Assist team with sales inquiries  

Role Selection Criteria:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computers skills (word/outlook)
  • Ability to follow direction and manage time effectively 
  • Confident in dealing with challenging situations
  • Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files

Requirements:

  • Drivers licence 
  • Police check (or be wiling to obtain) 
  • Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain) 
  • Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)

AGA Trainees will:

  • Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Receive ongoing mentoring & support
  • Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
