AGA are seeking a motivated individual to undertake a Business Traineeship working with an organisation based in Gisborne. The successful candidate will work part time for 12 months whilst completing a ‘Certificate III in Business’.  
  
Responsibilities:

  • Front and back of house administration duties
  • Manage records
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist and support other staff members

Role Selection Criteria:

  • Competent ability to operate a computer
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and a team player
  • Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files

Requirements:

  • Willing to undertake a Police Check and/or Working With Children Check
  • Genuine interest in administration and finance
  • No prior qualifications necessary

AGA Trainees will:

  • Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Receive ongoing mentoring & support
  • Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
