AGA has a brilliant 12 month Traineeship available for a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about building a career in the Banking Industry. If you love talking on the phone, building strong relationships with people, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, this is the role for you.

Our successful trainee will be the first point of contact for customer maintenance and service requests via phone (both inbound and outbound), email and webchat. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience and strive for first call resolution in all instances.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to customers
  • Answer inbound/outbound customer queries
  • Ensure customers receive an outstanding customer experience every time
  • Ensure customers are aware of all services available to them
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner 
  • Maintain accurate customer records

Role Selection Criteria:

  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and driven 
  • Previous experience in a customer focused/call center role
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files

Requirements:

  • Willing to undertake a Police Check 
  • Genuine interest in the banking industry
  • Demonstrated Customer Service background

AGA Trainees will:

  • Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Receive ongoing mentoring & support
  • Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
