Are you ready to run the world?
At AGA, we are committed to promoting inclusivity and equal opportunity across all the areas where we operate. That’s why as well as being Victoria’s premier employer of apprentices and trainees, our programs encourage women to pursue traditionally male-dominated career pathways like carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Right now, AGA is calling for women who are ready to take on the world and get a trade!
What are we offering?
We are looking for motivated women to take up apprenticeships and traineeships in a range of industries across Victoria.
As an AGA apprentice or trainee, you’ll earn a wage while you complete a nationally recognised qualification. Because our host employers are some of the best in the business, your future will be assured with the on-the-job training and industry experience you will receive.
Plus, you and your employer will be supported throughout your training and beyond by a dedicated AGA Field Officer.
Variety is the spice of life, so check out some of the exciting employment pathways we offer below.
