Christmas Break and Timesheet Requirements
We are writing to inform you that all AGA Pay offices will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday the 21st of December and re-open on Wednesday the 2nd of January 2019.
We are writing to give you early notice of the changes to the cut off time for submitting timesheets over the Christmas / New Year period. Set out below are the requirements to ensure that you will be paid correctly over the Christmas holiday period.
If you are required to work over this period timesheets will need to be signed off in advance. Any unforeseen overtime or pay adjustments can be processed in the week ending the 9th of January 2019.
Timesheets will therefore be required to be submitted as follows:
Week Ending 16/12/18 due in by 10am Tuesday the 18th December
Week Ending 23/12/18 due in by 12pm Wednesday the 19th December
Week Ending 30/12/18 due in by 12pm Wednesday the 19th December
Please submit your leave timesheets as early as possible to avoid not being processed.
Missing the cut off will risk your pay not being paid in the corresponding pay run
