AGA is proud to create a positive social and environmental impact in the communities we serve.

Our employment and training programs provide real opportunities for those who are disadvantaged, from long-term unemployed to regional and rural, indigenous, CALD and refugee, retrenched workers, mature aged, and those with disabilities.

We’re experienced and passionate about providing inclusive and equitable opportunities through programs like Women in Trades, which supports women to break into traditionally male-dominated industries and equips them with the skills and qualifications they need to succeed.

Social Traders is the national trailblazer of social enterprise procurement, offering Australia’s only social enterprise certification. They aim to create a more inclusive and equitable Australia through three key pillars:
