Transition to Work helps young people aged 15-24 years develop practical skills to get a job.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Be 15-24 years old
- Be living in the North East region of Melbourne
- Be looking for work or thinking about study
- Be keen to develop skills for employment
- Be ready to increase your employment options

Definitely not, we work with many people from different backgrounds. We all have transferrable skills, even if we don’t have formal qualifications. Our job is to identify those skills and get you into the workforce.
