AGA is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Our Board comprises a select group of community and business leaders contributing knowledge and experience in promoting community workplace participation. Board Members provide essential support and policy direction to our business, ensuring AGA continues to meet community and industry expectations.
Kevin is an experienced director of over 20 years on not-for-profit and commercial companies in vocational education and training, recruitment, business incubation, philanthropy and community services. Kevin has held policy and management positions across community services, economic development and urban planning. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, post graduate qualifications and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Loretta has over 23 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry, having started her career at Telstra in Finance and Business planning before joining the regional business unit Telstra Country Wide. She has a proven track record in stakeholder management, sales management, strategy planning and execution. Loretta is responsible for representing Telstra as the local spokesperson in the media, managing key stakeholder relationships and delivering the strategy to improve the customer experience across Melbourne Metro and South East Victoria.
Elizabeth has extensive teaching, leadership and advancement experience in primary, secondary and tertiary education. Her previous board roles specialised in corporate governance and strategic planning in various not-for-profit organisations including Aged Care and Regional Hospitals. As an Associate of Philanthropy Squared, Elizabeth has consulted in fundraising strategy and implementation to schools and universities. She holds a Master of Education and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Educate Plus.
Poul joined IntoWork Australia as Group CEO in 2012 having over 30 years’ experience in community and employment related services. Poul has worked with the Board and Management Team in building IntoWork Australia into a large national employment, recruitment, training and community service provider. Across 11 companies, IntoWork now employs over 650 staff, as well as thousands of apprentices, trainees, and short term placements, and also trains tens of thousands of students each year.
