AGA is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Our Board comprises a select group of community and business leaders contributing knowledge and experience in promoting community workplace participation. Board Members provide essential support and policy direction to our business, ensuring AGA continues to meet community and industry expectations.

Chair

Kevin Neville

Kevin Neville has extensive industry experience in Funds Management with an established background as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman for both for profit and for purpose boards.

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant by profession which led him to work for professional services firms Moore Stephens and later ShineWing Australia.

His career has included roles as Managing Director (2003 – 2010), Chairman of the National Moore Stephens Network (2004 -2009) and Head of Assurance (1992 – 2003 and 2010 – 2014).

He is also President of the Old Colonists’ Association of Victoria

Elizabeth Board

Elizabeth is a Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Education and Not for Profit industries. Skilled in Fundraising, Coaching, Strategic Planning, Event Management, Governance and Recruiting. Strong professional with an academic background and wide experience in the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education sectors as well as in a wide range of Not For Profit organisations including Aged Care, Hospital and Apprenticeships and Training.

Julie Busch

Julie Busch, who joined the Board in 2019, has worked extensively in senior roles within private and publicly owned retail property, local government and community sectors.With qualifications in journalism, psychology, shopping centre management and business, Julie brings expertise in diverse stakeholder management, business, consumer marketing and infrastructure development.

Julie is now Chair of Dandenong Market Pty Ltd; a trustee member for the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust; a non executive Director at Dianella Community Health and Marriott Support Services.She is a member of the retail committee for Property Council; vice president Caulfield South Community House and a judge and mentor for Tourism Victoria and national Marketing Awards.

Damian Lacey

Recently retired after 36 years as a CEO and industry leader within the disability sector, including international, national and state sector advocacy as a member of sector peaks in disability and telecommunications. Career highlights include host of the 4th World Congress on Mental Health and Deafness and receipt of CEO of the Year and Industry Awards.

Amanda Solly

Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management and vocational education and training. She has held senior management positions in manufacturing, food processing and TAFE sectors of NSW and Victoria.  Over the last 4 years she has managed a boutique human resources consulting business offering outsourced human resource services to her clients. Amanda has several years’ experience as a Board Member on not-for-profit Boards; she is a current Board Member of Tallangatta Health Service in Victoria.

Amanda holds a Master of Human Resource Management, Graduate Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, and Bachelor of Business. She is deeply committed to creating pathways for young people to expand their capabilities and reach full potential in their chosen career paths.

Poul Bottern

Poul Bottern (MBA Hons, GAICD) joined IntoWork Australia as Group CEO in 2012 having over 20 years experience in management and executive level roles across community, training and employment related services.

Poul has worked with the Board and Management Team in building IntoWork Australia into a large progressive employment, recruitment, training and community service provider with over 100 locations across Australia. He is actively involved in various forums and peak bodies, including his role as the President of the National Australian Apprenticeship Association.

Operating across 11 companies, the IntoWork Group employs over 1,000 staff, and thousands of apprentices, trainees, and short term placements, and trains tens of thousands of students each year. As an Apprenticeship Network Provider the Group supports tens of thousands of people entering apprenticeships and traineeships, and also supports many disadvantaged young people and people with disabilities to enter the workforce and settle into the community as a DES and NDIS provider.
