Do you love working with people? Would you like an opportunity to learn on the job while completing a Certificate III Qualification in Retail?

AGA is looking for a passionate and committed Customer Service trainee to join the team of a much loved business who have been serving the local community for many years. Position based in Sale.

Our successful Trainee will work full time for 12 months whilst completing a Certificate III in Retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Stock control
  • Process transactions
  • Manage customer orders
  • Printing and copying
  • Filing
  • Maintain clean and safe workspace

Role Selection Criteria:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills/ability to build rapport with customers
  • Confident 
  • Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files

Requirements:

  • Drivers licence (preferred)
  • Police check (or be wiling to obtain) 
  • Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain) 

AGA Trainees will:

  • Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
  • Receive ongoing mentoring & support
  • Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
